DPV Health cares about you and the experience you have of our services within our facilities. Your feedback can lead to great improvements in the services we provide.  You can give us constructive feedback by:

  • Calling our reception staff on 1300 234 263. We will direct your call to the manager of the service involved. If you need an interpreter,  call Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 13 14 50 and ask them to call us.
  • Emailing info@dpvhealth.org.au
  • Completing a feedback form at one of our sites and putting it our secure feedback boxes
  • Sending us a letter addressed to DPV Health, 21-27 Hudson Circuit, Meadow Heights Vic 3028

    The Disability Services Commissioner works with people with a disability to resolve complaints about disability service providers. They also work with disability service providers to improve outcomes for people with a disability.   • The Aged Care Complaints Commissioner
    The Aged Care Complaints Commissioner provides an avenue to raise concerns about the quality of care or services being delivered to people receiving aged care services subsidised by the Australian Government. Phone 1800 550 552 or fill out the online form at www.agedcarecomplaints.gov.au
